Erin Grossi
Paradox Creative is my independent practice. Shaped by years of collaborative work within schools, organizations, and design-driven teams, and grounded in a belief that meaningful change often emerges from holding complexity rather than simplifying it too quickly. The name reflects my approach: honoring tension, nuance, and contradiction as generative spaces where new possibilities can take form.

I specialize in initiating conversations that lead to clarity, alignment, and action. My work centers on designing learning experiences, facilitation processes, and systems that help people think differently together, across roles, perspectives, and levels of an organization. Rather than serving a single industry, I partner with individuals and teams based on the challenges they are navigating and the kind of support they need in moments of change.

What I bring is not a single method or product, but a way of working: deep listening, pattern recognition, and creative synthesis. I’m known for translating complexity into practical pathways, surfacing insights that inform decision-making, and helping teams understand how their choices ripple through the larger human and environmental contexts they operate within.

Paradox Creative is also an expression of gratitude for the organizations, colleagues, and communities I’ve had the opportunity to learn from and contribute to over the years. This practice builds on that shared work, extending the craft, care, and experience gained through those partnerships in ways that are independent, respectful, and complementary rather than competitive.
